Copyright Notice
Effective 29 September 2026
© Wonder Music Factory. All rights reserved.
This page explains who owns the material on this site, what you may do with it, how to report someone misusing it, and what to do if you believe we have used your work by mistake.
What is protected
Everything published here is protected by United States and international copyright law, including:
- The sound recordings — every song, preview and album.
- The musical compositions and lyrics behind those recordings.
- Album artwork, category headers, the Wonder Music Factory logo and other graphics.
- The written content of this website, including descriptions, the FAQ and these pages.
- The design, layout and code of the site itself.
Copyright in this material is owned by Wonder Music Factory or licensed to us by our collaborators. Buying an album does not transfer any of it to you.
What you may do
Music you have purchased may be used within your household as set out in our Music Licensing & Usage page. That page is the definitive statement of what is and is not permitted, including classroom, church, camp and organisational use.
Previews on this site are for listening here. They are not licensed for downloading, re-hosting, or use in any other recording, video or broadcast.
What is not permitted
- Copying, uploading or distributing our recordings to anyone outside your household.
- Posting our music to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Spotify or any other platform.
- Using our music in videos, adverts, podcasts, apps or games without written permission.
- Editing, remixing, sampling or creating derivative versions of our work.
- Reproducing our artwork or logo, except to link to or refer to us fairly.
- Using our material to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems without permission.
Trademarks
“Wonder Music Factory”, our logo, and the names of our collections are our trademarks. You may refer to us by name when talking about or recommending us. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or are connected with your product, service or organisation.
Asking permission
Most requests are granted, and they are usually simpler than people expect. If you want to use our music in a video, at an event, across a school or church, or anywhere beyond a single household, email [email protected] and tell us what you have in mind.
Reporting misuse of our music
If you find our recordings shared, sold or uploaded somewhere they should not be, we would be grateful to hear about it. Send the web address and anything else that helps us identify it to [email protected]. A small independent project depends on people telling us, and we do follow these up.
If you believe we have infringed your copyright
We take this seriously and will act promptly. If you own a work you believe has been used here without permission, send a written notice to [email protected] including all of the following, as required under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on our site you say is infringing, and where to find it — a direct web address is best.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
On receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable the material while we investigate, and contact you about the outcome. Please note that knowingly making a false claim of infringement can carry legal liability.
Counter-notice
If material of yours was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
Accounts, licences and download access belonging to anyone who repeatedly infringes copyright will be terminated.
