Terms of Use

Effective 29 September 2026

These terms apply when you use wondermusicfactory.com or buy music from us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Wonder Music Factory” mean Wonder Music Factory, contactable at [email protected]. “You” means the person using the site or making a purchase.

What we sell

We sell original children’s music as digital downloads, usually as MP3 files grouped into albums. Nothing physical is shipped. You do not need an account to buy.

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe’s secure pages and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on this website.
  • Discount codes apply only when entered at checkout, cannot be applied after an order is placed, and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.
  • We may correct obvious pricing errors. If a price was clearly wrong, we will contact you before charging and you may cancel.

Getting your music

After a successful payment you are shown a private download page for each album you bought. Those links are personal to your order. They remain valid for 60 days and allow up to 25 downloads, which is deliberately generous so you can download to more than one device.

Please save your files somewhere safe when you download them. If a link expires or runs out before you have your music, contact us and we will reissue it — we will not ask you to buy again.

How you may use the music

Buying an album gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to enjoy the music within your own household. It does not transfer ownership of the music itself. Full detail, including classroom, church, camp and organisational use, is set out in our Music Licensing & Usage page, which forms part of these terms.

Things you agree not to do

  • Copy, upload, sell, rent or give our files to people outside your household.
  • Share your download links publicly.
  • Claim our music as your own, or remove credits from it.
  • Attempt to break, probe or overload the website, or access areas you are not authorised to use.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-download the site.

We may suspend access or cancel an order if these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken.

Our content

The songs, recordings, lyrics, artwork, logo, text and design on this site belong to Wonder Music Factory or our collaborators, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Previews are provided for listening on the site and may not be downloaded, re-hosted or redistributed.

Availability

We aim to keep the site running and our catalogue available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. We may add, change, re-price or withdraw music at any time. Withdrawing an album does not affect downloads you have already bought.

Links and embedded content

The site links to and embeds third-party services such as Spotify and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data, which is governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and the music are provided “as is”. We do not warrant that files will be free of every defect or compatible with every device, though we will always try to put problems right.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that state have jurisdiction over any dispute.
